A police officer has issued a warning to Ed Sheeran on social media after he released his new song, “Castle On The Hill.”

One of the verses in the song references speeding, which is obviously frowned upon in the real world.

The verse that inspired the warning goes like this: “Driving at 90 down those country lanes.’

After hearing the new song, Officer Chris Harris posted a photograph and a warning to “slow down.” The post was accompanied with the #DriveToArrive hashtag, an initiative aimed at getting drivers to be careful on the roadways.

The officer also added the #WelcomeBack hashtag, to address the singer’s hiatus prior to releasing the new song.
