Andrew Glennon was a member of the production crew on Marriage Bootcamp, a show Portwood appeared on with her ex-boyfriend Matt Baier.
Glennon and Portwood were friends before they began dating, which ultimately helped bring them closer to one another.
Just last month, the reality star announced she was expecting a baby boy with Glennon.
