So here's something I read on the internet, and because I read it on the internet it absolutely must be true. Some dietitian by the name of Chelsea Amer (my new best friend, obv.) says that an average slice of pizza is better than a bowl of cereal for breakfast. They both have about the same amount of calories but pizza is better because it has more protein. So now I'm torn. Pizza for breakfast is amazing, but I do love a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats. Sooooooo..... because we're all out here trying to eat healthier, A slice of Jets pizza for breakfast and then cereal for lunch. There's always a solution. PS. I tried to look up Chelsea on the 'gram, but I keep getting results from some 'football club'. Whatever that is.
