It's almost embedded into culture. The word 'millennials' is followed by an eye roll. They eat Tide Pods. They wear man buns. Eat avocado toast. The hipster beards. Always taking pictures of their food. Vaping. And now, the Millennials are naming their kids after IKEA furniture.
Let me just flip open the IKEA catalog and get used to some of the names we're going to be hearing from new parents.
The trend of unique baby names is not entirely new. I still refer to my neighbor's 3 year old as "baby" because I honestly can't remember the kid's name. Abelynne or something. I can't imagine what it's like to be a kindergarten teacher. A whole room full of 'em.
But, if you're sold on the idea of your kid being named after a swivel chair with confusing directions and a missing piece. Here's more:
