Cartoon Network hasn't announced, however, when the show is going to return. That seems to be up to the show creators. They haven't rushed to finish any of the previous seasons so we have to expect that Season 4 will drop - in the words of Mr. Poopybutthole"in a really really long time".
If you're new to this show, I think all the episodes (at least most) are on Hulu. It's well worth a weekend binge. If you just need one episode to decide - let me suggest "Lawnmower Dog". This is truly one of the best shows on television and I'm incredibly excited to know that there's 70 more episodes coming. Eventually.
