There’s Actually Only ONE Vegetable That You NEED To Eat

If you’re not a fan of veggies, we have good news for you!

The New York Post is reporting that there is only one vegetable you actually need to eat.

We’ll give you a hint … it’s green.

So if you’re not a fan of squash or other veggies … no problem.

Apparently, a doctor in the UK says eating broccoli is extremely beneficial to your health.

He also goes as far as to say that broccoli is a life saving vegetable.

Eating broccoli is thought to boost immunity and build bacteria in people’s guts.

This bacteria may even prevent various types of cancer from forming.

Broccoli also contains a lot of calcium so you can take comfort in knowing your bones also benefit from eating broccoli.

Obviously, you should take this study for what it’s worth. If you love eating a variety of veggies, you should continue to do so.

And if you are not a big fan of eating vegetables, try to eat some broccoli at least!
