Good News: Bananas Have Been Solved

Don't you hate it when you grab some bananas at the store that are perfectly ripe on Monday and Tuesday but the remaining ones are a mushy mess by the weekend?

Ladies and gentlemen, this problem has been solved...at least if you live in Korea, now that E-Mart has started selling packs of five bananas, each at varying stages of ripeness.

It's pretty simple, on the far left, you'll find a banana you could eat the day of purchase, while at the far right, a banana that will be good in a few days.

Pretty ingenious, huh?  Who wants to write a letter to Dole and get the ball rolling here in the states?  What other fresh produce could use this kind of packaging?
