Diplo spoke to Complex about the next project coming from Major Lazer and the potential for it to be their last.

Major Lazer’s recent release of Afrobeats Mix is a unique collection of African music that usually gets overlooked in the United States and Europe, Diplo says.

The project features artists like, Burna Boy, Mr. Eazi, Kizz Daniel and Babes Wodumo and upon performing music from the Afrobeats Mix the group will tour in Africa and also bring awareness to poaching, “I'm talking about animals we love like elephants, lions, rhinos, tigers—it's crazy that they're going to be extinct in the next 10- 20 years, if we don't work to protect them," says Diplo.

The group is about to celebrate their 10 year anniversary and plans to give fans music that they’ve never heard from the group, "Next year marks our last album, so we got a lot of stuff in between now and then."
