The music app Vezt, which is an app that allows users rights to their favorite songs, has received a cease and desist letter from her lawyers, and claim that Bregoli has lost out on a $3 million deal because of Vezt using her image without her permission. So basically, Bregoli and her team want $3 milly from Vezt to cover what she lost from the other deal, and if they pay up she won’t sue. In addition she wants to be taken off all ads and wants to know how much the company made from using her likeness.  Vezt has been given 15 days to pony up or lawyer up.

Are you amazed at the amount of money Bregoli has managed to make after her appearance on Dr. Phil? Does your child listen to Bregoli’s music?
