In response to a fan account she explained why. She was having an issue that a lot of mom's have-not producing enough milk. She said it was painful and she was constantly trying to pump milk, never producing enough. Stress is a factor in not producing milk and Khloe had her fair share of stress in the days leading up to the birth of True and after with Tristan Thompson and the cheating scandal.
