The city of Claymont, Delaware is holding a parade tomorrow to celebrate the decorating of the town's Christmas Weed. The parade tradition started in 1998 when someone placed Christmas decorations on a tall weed that sprouted from a highway bridge.
People have been decorating weeds in Claymont since 1993.
