In recent study men and women who drank excessively often had trouble achieving orgasms and for men, it led to erectile dysfunction. “Alcohol reduces both men and women’s sexual sensitivity,” says Sex expert Annabelle Knight. Alcohol also damages our heart, how our body digests food and how we maintain weight. Women have trouble with sexual response when they drink excessively, vaginal tissues swell causing the vagina to not respond to penetration and decrease lubrication.
