Gwyneth Paltrow is being sued for running into a skier while skiing at the Deer Valley Resort in Utah.
Terry Sanderson says that Paltrow was skiing out of control when she ran into him, causing him to suffer a brain injury and four broken ribs. The incident happened on February 26, 2016, Paltrow’s rep isn’t denying that an accident happened, but says that, “This lawsuit is completely without merit and we expect to be vindicated.” Sanderson held a press conference at his lawyer's office and revealed that he took so long to file the lawsuit due to problems with his concussion, attorney problems and simply “dragging his feet” on the process. Sanderson is asking for $3.1 million in damages and is upset because Paltrow didn’t stay with him during the accident and never apologized to him. Sanderson’s lawyer, Robert Sykes says that Paltrow violated the ski rules for not staying with Sanderson.
Who do you think is at fault, Sanderson or Gwyneth Paltrow?
