Shirell Powell was forced to make a major decision about her brother back in July at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY.
Shirell was told that her brother Frederick Williams, had major brain damage and was on life support following an apparent drug overdose. After a few weeks, she called the hospital to order them to remove him from life support. The only problem was, the man in question was not her brother. The man who she had visited was actually a different Freddy Williams. Shirell found out shortly afterward that her brother was still alive. She said that she has not been able to sleep since the mixup and is suing the hospital for allowing her to give the go-ahead to kill someone.
Would you rather be on life support or do you want your family to let you go? Who do you think is at fault?
