A tiger was found inside an abandoned home in Houston on Monday, an anonymous tip came into the Houston police about the tiger after the tipster says they were in the home smoking marijuana.
The tiger was in a cage that was secured only by a screwdriver and a nylon strap, BARC officers came to the scene and tranquilized the tiger and transported her to BARC facilities. The tiger will be transferred to a permanent place on Tuesday, the Houston Zoo released a statement that corrected reports that the tiger would be released to them, however, the zoo has no room for additional tigers at this time.
