After Being Shaded in Cardi Grammys Tweet Nicki Minaj canceled her appearance for this Summer’s BET Experience after a tweet bashed her while congratulating Cardi B on her Grammy win Sunday night.
The tweet read; “Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj is being dragged by her lace front,” it accompanied a story of Cardi being the first female rapper to win a Grammy for Best Rap Album. Nicki responded to BET saying that she along with Young Money wouldn’t participate in the network’s upcoming concert and award show, this included Lil Wayne. BET responded to Nicki with an apology to her, her label and her fans. The network called the tweet “unauthorized” and says that they have supported Nicki from the beginning of her career and will continue to do so, “We understand Nicki’s position and look forward to continuing our dialogue with her.”
Do you think Nicki should reconsider and the BET Experience?
