Now that police in Chicago are starting to believe that actor Jussie Smollett orchestrated his alleged hate crime attack the hashtag #HateHoax is trending on Twitter.
The Twitterverse is using the hashtag to not only talk about the Smollett case, but they’re also talking about other celebs that made hoaxes in the past.
Some high profile people that are using the hashtag are Donald Trump Jr and even Alyssa Milano who calls Smollett “that man” because she can’t bear to say his name.
Have you seen the #HateHoax tweets? Do you think that people should chill on the name calling until the investigation is done?
And then….. there is this:
Jussie Smollett’s Role On ‘Empire’ Cut In HALF Over Scandal
Jussie Smollett’s role on Empire is being cut in half because of the scandal that’s going on with his alleged attack. He was supposed to be in 9 BIG scenes including a big musical number that they’re currently filming. They decided to cut 5 of his scenes including his musical number and for the 4 that are left over… he’s no longer the focus.
Shocked, I really thought MAGA folks (who are all over downtown Chicago) were waiting with a rope/bottle of bleach to ambush a righ guy at 2am in minus 4 degrees because those are conditions where all people go out for Subway rather than order Seamless.

Seemed so real???????????? https://t.co/E4z9aaX5v1
If that man staged his own attack he is wrong in so many ways.
— Alyssa Milano (@Alyssa_Milano) February 18, 2019
No one could be that hurtful? To stage this? Right?
To fuck with all of us by playing into our weaknesses & make it even harder for victims to come forward?! No one could choose to be that hurtful? Right?! RIGHT?
Hey Hollywood and media types, I’ve noticed a lot of you deleted your #JusticeForJussie tweets... what’s the matter, don’t you want justice for him anymore??? #frauds

Not that anyone believes the false statements to the contrary, but those credulously pushing the Smollett story included White House correspondents, media reporters, major media news producers and more. https://t.co/45g2L8jJtH

They wouldn’t have to damage control if it wasn’t so obvious that they desperately wanted this kind of anti-Trump coverage to be true. You can hear the joy in their voices when reporting even the most asinine stories. They can’t help it. See Smollett, Covington, Russia etc... https://t.co/w2SSHy8Zqi

Well, they either believed it or desperately wanted to. Either way it’s pretty sad. https://t.co/E9XCr8UFJN
