It looks like the Beyhive has a reason to rejoice: Beyonce is reportedly working on new music.
According to Us Weekly, while Beyonce won’t be putting out a full album, she is working on a “couple of new tracks [for] a deluxe album filled with old songs.”
Even more exciting is the fact that the singer is said to be teaming up with Netflix for a documentary special which “will be tied to her Coachella 2018 performance.”

Fans can also expect to see a lot of Bey this summer as she is voicing the role of Nala in the live-action version of The Lion King, due out July 19.
The new music will be the first solo project for Beyonce since 2016’s Lemonade visual album. She released a collaboration with husband Jay Z last year under the name The Carters, entitled Everything Is Love.
This news also follows a strong few weeks for Beyonce and Jay, each of whom took home an NAACP Image Award last weekend. Beyonce won Entertainer of the Year while Jay won the President’s Award. The couple also received the Vanguard Award at the GLAAD Awards the week before.
