BTS Matches Record Set By The Beatles
The Beatles set a monster record almost 25 years ago and it has sat that way until now, with BTS matching the Fab Four’s feat this week.
The K-Pop act just scored their third number 1 album in a year on the Billboard 200 chart with Map Of The Soul: Persona, released less than two weeks ago. The archival Anthology three-album set from The Beatles each took the top spot during the 11 months between November 1995 and October 1996. Before then, The Monkees made history in 1967, earning three no. 1 albums in just 9 months time.
How long after a band releases an album are you ready for the next?
