Ariana Grande is being sued for posting pictures of herself on Instagram. Photographer, Robert Barbera says that he didn’t give the singer permission to use the photos and he didn’t receive payment from Ariana for them.

Barbera is asking for the profits Grande made from the photos or $25,000 per photo, whichever is greater.

The pictures have garnered over 3,392,035 likes from her 154 million followers.

Who is wrong, Ariana from posting the pictures or the photographer for asking for payment?
