You’ve probably heard that DJ Khaled was very upset that his album Father of Asahd didn’t hit number one on the Billboard 200 chart. Khaled is now planning on filing a lawsuit against Billboard.  According to sources, Khaled says Billboard disqualified 100,000 of sales for the album.

Originally, Billboard was going to count those copies of the album that were bundled as downloads with an energy drink package.

Billboard backtracked because of “anomalies” with the figures.

If the disqualified sales were counted, Khaled’s album would have easily been number one in its first week of release.
