According to an HR expert, here’s what to keep an eye on and how to combat the symptoms. Some of the biggest signs are an employee who is no longer engaged, forgetful, unable to concentrate, and who arrives at work already over the day, says Navneet Singh, the founder and CEO of Avsar HR Services. Making lots of mistakes or taking more frequent sick days are also indications that there is an underlying issue. Singh suggests that employers should take notice of any signs, as burnt out workers can hurt company morale and cost money to replace. Devising a solution is important, reveals Singh, who notes businesses should look to prevent the causes from affecting other employees.
