The only problem is that there was a Washington County Sheriff’s sergeant in his car directly behind her.
Aguilar-Aguilar had a .12 blood-alcohol level, she was arrested and booked in jail.
The Taco Bell worked claimed that he didn’t consume any of the alcohol and that most of it was spilled on him.
