16 year old Kyle Giersdorf was livestreaming on Saturday when the swat team showed up at his doorstep.
Turns out that he was swatted, which is a prank that aims to alert police and swat teams to respond to fake emergencies. Police were called and told that Kyle shot his father multiple times. Police called the home before entering and his dad said that everything was fine. Cops say the call came from outside the country. Gamers do this to other gamers when they are losing at a game. Last year a phony 911 call was made which led to the death of a Kansas Man, the caller was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
