Update: Latest Ice Cream Licker Booked Into Jail

The latest person who decided to lick a container of ice cream in a store, put it back and post the video on social media has been arrested.

D'Adrien Anderson licked the Blue Bell ice cream at a Walmart in Port Arthur, Texas earlier this week.

Authorities found out he purchased the container and no charges were initially filed.

After some public outrage, Anderson was arrested on Thursday. He was booked on criminal mischief charges.

Walmart lost money by replacing Blue Bell ice cream tubs. Anderson faces up to a year in jail and a $4000 fine.
