He says there’s lack of closed captioning which violates his rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. He is suing so they will be more inclusive and add closed captioning.
Pornhub claims they haven’t “denied the deaf and hearing impaired accesss” to their videos. They claim to have a closed captions category on their site.
