Instructions to Make Low Carb Big Macs
First, to make the sauce you need a medium bowl and blend the mayonnaise, yellow mustard and ketchup together. After doing so, add your pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Now, grab your ground beef and shape them into patties and season them with salt and pepper. While your working on your patties put the butter to melt and add patties.
Make sure not to add the cheese until the last few minutes of the burgers cooking.
To finish off your Home-made Big Mac, top of 2 pieces of lettuce and drizzle on the special sauce you made earlier. If you choose, top each burger with a tomato and another piece of lettuce.
