Rents are up.  College graduates are buried in student loan debt.  Your old room still available?

The percentage of young adults living with their parents is on the rise.

A new list shows that South Florida tops the list and Southwest Florida isn't far behind.

The lists are broken down into 3 categories, small, medium, and large markets.

Topping the list in the large markets is Miami with a whopping 33% of adults aged 25-34 living with their parents.  Tampa is in 15th place with 22% of that age group living at home.

In the medium market range, Port St. Lucie is number 2 with 37.9%. Cape Coral-Fort Myers makes the list at number 3 with 33.1% . Naples is a t number 5 with 32.9% . Northport is 27.9%

Punta Gorda is 9th in the small market category with 29.9% of adults aged 25-34 living with their parents.

So if you're in that age group and living with your parents, you are not alone. It's expensive to live here.
