Fitness model Rogan O’Connor sat down to chat with Lil’ Brownie from Big Mama & The WiLD Bunch Thursday afternoon to discuss his time on MTV’s reality hit series “The Challenge: Total Madness.”
The reality-competition genre premiered its 35th season on April 1 where 28 players face strenuous challenges in pursuit of the $1 million-dollar prize. The show is full of shocking twists, unleashing mental warfare like never before.
A very shirtless O’Connor shared his side of the story from last night’s episode on B1039 Instagram live after fans wondered if Jay was alive or not. Jay had the wind knocked out of him when Rogan body-slammed him into an alternate dimension.
“I personally think that was probably about 20% of what I can hit someone at,” O’Connor said. “Not to say that I am not sorry… it [the show] left out me being very apologetic… and saying I didn’t want to win a red skull like that, it’s not fair.”
O’Connor clarified that he and Jay are cool IRL and that he even recently posted a video of them drinking beer as friends.
“It’s all love you know,” he said. “We hang out in LA.”
O’Connor mentioned he’s faced quite a few internet trolls and offered some insight on what fans should expect next.
“Trust me, spoiler alert it only gets worst. It gets a hell of a lot worst. I do something that will make the Jay thing look minuscule,” he said.
The 30-year-old was crowned the winner of The Challenge: Ward of the Worlds 2, and appeared on two seasons of Ex on The Beach, and when he’s not starring on reality TV, Rogan’s a cast member of Dreamboys, which is like the U.K. version of Magic Mike.
