The Tennessee Titans have announced a suspension of in-person activities effective immediately. The team had eight total positive COVID-19 tests, three from players and five from staff members. The team has issued this statement.

“Out of the abundance of caution, the organization has decided to work remotely today as we follow NFL protocols related to the COVID-19 virus. Several tests have come back positive and are working through the process of confirming them. We will have more information tomorrow.”

The Minnesota Vikings, the Titans opponents last weekend, have also suspended team activities. At this time, none of the Vikings have tested positive.

The Titans are to host the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday. Nissan Stadium was to allow up to 10% of capacity — roughly 6,900 fans. It has not yet been announced if this game is to be postponed.
