Kelly Clarkson is being sued by her father-in-law but she is fighting back!
According to Us Magazine, Kelly Clarkson is getting sued by her father-in-law Narvel Blackstock and his management company Starstruck. They claim Kelly owes them $1.4 million in unpaid commissions so she has counter sued them. She is suing the company for allegedly violating the California Labor Code by "pouring, offering, promising, or attempting to procure employment or engagements" without being properly licensed.
She is currently going through a divorce with Brandon Blackstock the son of Narvel Blackstock.
