Nick Cannon Has COVID-19, Niecy Nash Will Fill In On ‘The Masked Singer’
Nick Cannon will be stepping down from his The Masked Singer duties for now. Page Six reports that he has tested positive for COVID-19.
Since production for The Masked Singer begins soon, Niecy Nash is temporarily stepping in to host. She had previously appeared on the show as a guest panelist on Season 4 last year.
Cannon, who has hosted since 2019, is expected to return to the show at a later date. The Masked Singer also stars Robin Thicke, Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, and Jenny McCarthy.
Season 5 of The Masked Singer is scheduled to premiere next month.
