Rapper/singer Machine Gun Kelly revealed on Valentine’s Day via an Instagram post that he wears a vial of girlfriend Megan Fox’s blood in the form of an orb necklace. The couple went public with their relationship July 2020, after meeting on set of their upcoming movie Midnight in the Switchgrass.

The couple recently appeared on the podcast Give Them Lala … with Randall, where MGK shared that revelation. In the same episode, Fox says, “I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame… So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away.”
Megan Fox starred in MGK’s music video, “My Bloody Valentine.”
As many fans pointed out on Twitter, Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thornton famously wore each other’s blood pendants when they were married from 2000-2003.
