The Oscars are coming up in a month and they will be in person. They will also not allow nominees to Zoom in.

According to Variety, this year's Oscars will not give nominees the option to attend via Zoom. The Oscars will take place next month at Union Station in Los Angeles and will be a carefree, intimate, in-person event. Producers sent out an email to nominees stating that they are going to great lengths to provide a safe and enjoyable evening for the nominees and they will be the only people attending along with their guest and the presenters. Casual attire will not be welcomed. The Oscars will air on Sunday April 25, on ABC.

We like that this will be the first all in person awards show and hope everybody stays safe at the event. But we will miss seeing our favorite stars keep it casual from their homes, like Jason Sudeiki's wearing a hoodie at the Golden Globes.
