A lawsuit alleges that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell raped a 26-year-old woman in front of her young son at a Naples hotel room in 2008 and threatened to feed her to alligators if she told anyone, according to NBC2.
The victim who is being identified in court papers as “Jane Doe” filed a lawsuit that states she was brutally raped, abused, and trafficked to other men, including a local judge, for about five months.
Epstein also reportedly forced her to undergo genital mutilation surgery and help traffic other victims, according to the lawsuit.
Jane Doe was told that if she contacted authorities she would be fed to alligators, or she would be deported and her son would be taken away from her.
The lawsuit was filed on March 22.
The victim filed to remain anonymous due to the alleged atrocities committed against her. Jane Doe is demanding a trial by jury for what she suffered during those five months.
