UMM QASR, IRAQ – MARCH 28: Disarmed Iraqi mines confiscated by the U.S. Navy during mine sweeping are shown March 28, 2003 at the port of Umm Qasr, Iraq. Beachgoers heading out to look for Easter Eggs yesterday found something else. Yesterday in Lauderdale-by-the-sea (which I looked up, it's an actual town) found a naval mine washed onshore. According to Local 10 it was being reported as a “possible military explosive training device”.
The mine was hauled off the beach, strapped to a trailer and removed. My guess is that it was filled with drugs. Everything that washes ashore in Florida is likely filled with drugs.
