Bumble Gives Employees a Week Off How's this for a perk. Employees at Bumble will be given a paid week off as reports of "pandemic-induced" burnout circulate.

Back in April, the dating app asked all 750 employees around the globe to "unplug" during their paid time off.

Bumble making other dating app employers step up their game big time. Well to be honest any employer because right off the bat giving new employees an entire week off at least to me it sounds like a big deal.

A lot of other companies are giving extra incentives to try to lure new people to work for them. Increasing the pay, even to the point that some are  giving away brand new phones.

Could you totally unplug for a week? Has your job offered any incentives for you working during the pandemic?
