Florida man is making headlines again and this time for attempting to “walk on water. ”

Yup, you read that right. The man, identified as Reza Baluchi of Central Florida, built a cylindrical floating contraption with the goal of traveling from St. Augustine to New York, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.

But instead some complications brought him back to shore.

Baluchi told Fox News, “My goal is to not only raise money for homeless people, raise money for the Coast Guard, raise money for the police department, raise money for the fire department. They are in public service, they do it for safety and they help other people.”

If the name sounds familiar it could be because this isn’t the first time Baluchi has taken device out onto the water. He’s been rescued several times in previous years after setting off in similar trips.
