Ketchup-Stained Clothing is Now Trendy.

We’ve all been there before you’re finally wearing something decent, maybe a brand new outfit, or you're trying on your church clothes for the first time... Of course, you had to stop and get that breakfast sandwich when suddenly, Splat!

You just dripped Ketchup all over your nice outfit. Now it’s all jacked up from a ketchup stain. There’s no way you’re gonna look cool looking like a two-year-old who just discovered Olive Garden spaghetti sauce for the first time. Well, Heinz has an idea for that.

They got together with a resale shop and started selling ketchup-stained clothing. They’re calling it the Heinz vintage drip collection. The collection includes 157 used items, each with a distinctive Heinz ketchup stain. One can say it’s very fancy… Ketchup.

According to Food and Wine, this is actual ketchup too. Eventually, the stain will disappear if you wash it. You're going to wash it right? Because that’s gross if you don’t. They Clothing line's slogan is: When it’s Hines, it’s not a stain it’s a statement. Now it’s possible that this was obviously an exclusive marketing ploy intended for social media influencers... Well, of course, it is! However, there are some positive aspects of ketchup-stained clothing.
All of the money made through this partnership will go to Rise Against Hunger in support of efforts to end world hunger.

The ruined clothing is exclusively sold online on ThredUP.com in the United States and Canada.

Now all of this does sound pretty cool. Fancy Ketchup-stained clothing that is sold exclusively to brand ambassadors and social media influencers. Right? Makes me feel good. If Ketchup drips on your shirts are cool and something for influencers, then I'm the OG! I've been spilling sauce on my clothing since day one!

I'm the king of Stains. You don't want to know what I'm spending on Tide pens every week! It's crazy. I've been told I was clumsy. Nope. I guess I've been trendy this whole time!
