Florida man from Port Charlotte receives Unsolicited Happy Ending From Ms. Dong.
A Port Charlotte man was allegedly fondled by a massage therapist while he was trying to get a legitimate massage. Qiandwei Dong was working at the massage parlor when the 48-year-old customer came in. After some discussion, the man chose the 30-minute session and gave Dong a $100 bill. Except he never got his change back. Dong took him to a back room instead. She apparently asked him to get naked at that point.
Florida Man:
The man obliged, according to NBC2, Dong interrupted and told him to lay face down on the table while he took off his pants and other clothing. The man claimed that for about five minutes Dong did nothing except wander aimlessly around the room, undressed and without a towel. Dong poured some oil and began gently applying pressure on his sore shoulders as he began to worry that he might be being conned. The man then says that Dong went too far when she allegedly grabbed his testicles and penis without his consent.
He grabbed his clothes and threatened to phone 911 while demanding his money back. Dong attempted to stop the man from leaving the establishment but refused, only returning $50. To prevent him from running away, the man claims Dong got violent with him.
Happy Ending:
After being contacted, sheriffs arrived at the massage parlor. Authorities were told by Ms. Dong that the man had requested further sex acts, and she had declined. She claims that he became so furious that she returned some cash to get him to leave.
Additional investigation revealed that it was she who was the actual culprit. The woman was arrested and charged. let’s just say that on this particular day, there wasn’t much of a happy ending for Dong after all.

In coming up the list, the guide only took into account the 50 most populated American cities. In addition they looked at vacation rental sites to see how many accommodations in each city that allowed pets. According to the report, the Sunshine State boasts some of the country’s best canine playgrounds. That means dog parks and similar spots where dogs are welcome. In addition, the state has lots of hotels that accommodate pets.
