UFO Sightings: The Government Is Taking Them Seriously And So Should You.
Ladies and gentlemen, hold onto your seats because we’re about to take off on a wild ride through the unknown. Let’s talk about UFOs, baby! In recent years military aviators have encountered some very mysterious objects in their training airspace. These things are NOT playing by the rules of physics. Eyewitness accounts and leaked sensor data show that these craft have flight dynamics that are just plain bizarre.

But it’s not just a few isolated incidents. Military pilots and other service members have reported over 500 additional UFO encounters! Most of which appear to show highly advanced technology. In 2019, Congress got in on the action and the U.S. Navy even created a formal UFO reporting mechanism. Since then, a whopping 510 UFO encounters have been reported, with about half remaining unidentified.
Now, I know what you’re thinking, these must be secret government aircraft or technology, right? Wrong. Intelligence analysts have high confidence that the objects observed by military aviators in recent years are not secret U.S. government aircraft or technology. But here’s the kicker, they also have no evidence that the encounters “are indicative of a major technological advancement by a potential adversary” like China or Russia. So, what the heck are these things?
The Truth:
Well, it looks like Congress is taking this seriously, too. Thanks to in-person briefings from military aviators who have personally encountered UFOs, members of Congress are now taking the phenomena extremely seriously. In fact, President Biden just signed the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) into law and it includes some pretty wild provisions related to UFOs. The legislation redefines “UFO” as “unidentified anomalous phenomena” (UAP) to account for unknown objects observed in (and moving between) air, water and space. Plus, it establishes a secure mechanism for government-affiliated individuals to report UAP-related information and requires a sweeping accounting of U.S. government involvement in the UFO phenomenon dating back to 1945.
UFO Office:
But wait, there’s more! The newly-established UFO office is also required to provide frequent reports, analyses and briefings on UFO activity to Congress and the public, develop a detailed “science plan” to account for UFOs “that exceed the known state of the art in science and technology” and mount rapid “field investigations of [UFO] incidents.”
So, folks, it looks like we’re in for a real treat. The government is taking UFOs seriously and it’s only a matter of time before we get some answers. But in the meantime, keep an eye to the sky, you never know what you might see.
