So where are these two romantic spots in Southwest Florida?
South Seas Island Resort on Captiva is one. The resort is still undergoing renovations from the damage caused by Hurricane Ian, but portions of the resort are open. Restaurants and beaches on Captiva are open as well. It’s a secluded, beautiful location for a romantic staycation in Southwest Florida.
Another Southwest Florida location considered to be among the most romantic is Island Inn, a historic beach front hotel on Sanibel. They are also back open following the Hurricane and taking reservations. A laid back location for you and your better half, with all rooms just steps from the sand.
Of course, the other Florida locations Travel + Leisure named as most romantic aren’t too far away. You can read more about those here.
