Florida Woman Spots Massive Alligator Behind Her House – Names It ‘Thanos’
Tiktok user @mamatiffsworld has spotted so many alligators behind her Venice, Florida house that she has begun to name them. So when a massive alligator showed up last month showing signs of territorial aggression she named it after one of the fiercest movie villains of all time. The most powerful being in the Marvel Universe – Thanos.
TikTokker Tiffany Rowen lives in Venice, Florida with a pond behind her house. Behind that pond, is the Myakka State Park, which has a lot of land preserved for nature. Well, alligators don’t know where the park ends and where humans reside, so they pretty much go wherever they want. And a lot of them come into Tiffany’s backyard. So many that she’s been giving them names, like this one – the massive alligator she named Thanos.
The Massive Alligator Territorial Warning
Thanos is out there slapping his head to let other alligators know that he’s the alpha of this Venice, Florida retention pond. Having a backyard full of alligators makes for some entertaining watching, as long as you don’t get too close – like this vulture did. Volume up on this, Tiffany you are so wrong for using this song.
I do wonder how is it that this doesn’t happen more often. The vultures here in Florida seem oblivious to everything around them. Even as ‘Frank The Tank‘ eats one of them, the rest are just standing around watching the massive alligator make one his dinner. Unlike this bobcat that Tiffany posted, who seemed VERY AWARE of his surroundings.
More Florida Alligators
Since her house butts up to a state park, the alligators seem to rotate in and out. So much so that Tiffany has been giving them names such as Kevin, Megatron, Chuck, Flat Stanley, and even one she named Godzilla. With all this nature happening right behind her Southwest Florida house, why would you ever want to go out?
