3 Florida Schools Rank Top In Best College Campuses In U.S.
Let’s be honest, while education should be at the forefront when deciding where to attend college, that’s not always the case. It’s important to also consider the day-to-day and living situations. While you’re in college to learn, everyone needs social interaction, it’s a huge part of the college experience. So, choosing a college campus that meets your needs should be part of the decision.
The real estate website Niche.com recently released their list of the best college campuses across the country for 2025. This year, we are seeing 3 Florida Schools ranking in the top 25. The rankings are based on five key statistics, including student surveys on campus quality, campus food, campus housing, the local area and safety.

While the Sunshine State isn’t home to any in the top 10, here’s how the schools in Florida ranked in this year’s list. I am happy to report that my alma mater made this year’s top 25! 😉
- #15. Florida International University (with a stadium sponsored by Pitbull, they will no doubt climb the list for 2026)
- #16. University of Central Florida
- #24. Florida State University.
- #29. University of Tampa
- #38. Florida Gulf Coast University
- #39. Keiser University – Fort Lauderdale
- #40. Rollins College
While the Sunshine State isn’t home to any of the 10 best college campuses, we do have a pretty good showing in the top 50. Surprisingly absent from the top 50 list are the University of Miami and University of Florida.
