Work began Feb. 7, 2025, on One — a sleek 21-story tower going up at 2581-2585 First Street in Fort Myers. This is the first new waterfront housing development here since 2005.
The 34-unit building stands next to the historic Heitman House in the River District. Buyers have already snapped up 30% of the units through the sales office near Ford's Garage on First Street.
Prices begin at $1.25 million, with luxury penthouses going for $5.5 million. Jaxi Construction is the contractor, with Behar Font doing the architecture and Adriana Hoyos handling the interior design.
