When the Albert family purchased their dream home in California, they had no idea that the seller would refuse to move out. “It’s just draining, emotionally and financially,” says the wife Tracie.
The couple purchased the home in January of last year and More than a year later they are still not able to move in. They purchased the house cash, and drained their life savings to do so.
During the escrow they realized it was a tax lean on the house which slowed things down. The seller still signed on the dotted line, so its cazy that they are having trouble getting him out of the house.
