The name of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky's second child has reportedly been revealed.  According to the birth certificate that was obtained by The Blast, it indicates that their second child, a boy, was born on August 1 at 7:41 a.m. in Los Angeles’ Cedar Sinai Hospital. When news broke, reports indicated that their child was born on August 3 (not August 1). The Blast reports that the couple named their newborn son Riot Rose. Their first son, RZA, was named after the Wu-Tang Clan member. The name Riot Rose also has some musical ties as A$AP just dropped a song titled "Riot (Rowdy Pipe’n)."

The Wu-Tang Clan member was asked by CNN what he thought of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky thought of them naming their child after him and he expressed that he couldn't be more honored.

He said that it's "a great honor to know that there’s another generation that’s not even of my own household that feels the strength and the inspiration of that name. RZA [isn’t] only a name, it’s a title. So it’s an honor and I salute her and ASAP and their family. All the blessings in the world from me."

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have not confirmed that their second child's name is Riot Rose. It was on their son RZA's first birthday that the couple confirmed the report that his name was correct.

A$AP confirmed their son's name with a birthday post a week following the report.

"WU TANG IZ 4 DA CHUREN" HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY TO MY 1st BORN. RZA [red heart emoji]," A$AP captioned a carousel of family photos.

Rihanna announced that she was pregnant with their second child during her historic Super Bowl Halftime performance. She garnered 121 million viewers on February 12 according to a report by The Associated Press.  Neilsen revised its original data, which upped the "Diamonds" singer's viewers by 2 million "after a review that revealed encoding irregularities as well as issues with out-of-home measurement." Rihanna's total views went from 118.7 million to 121 million. The Halftime Show was her first performance in five years.
