Beasley Media Group/WXKB-FM (B1039), a Marconi Award-winning Top 40 station in Southwest Florida, is seeking a full-time, live and local On-Air Personality who can excel in any daypart. This position demands sharp digital instincts, strong social media skills, and the ability to authentically connect with audiences both on-air and online and on the street. A minimum of two years’ experience in a Top 40 format is required, along with a drive to fully embrace the Top 40 lifestyle by being immersed in the music, community, trends, and energy that matter to our audience. Qualifications:
• Full-Time Position, with availability on weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency in Adobe Audition and Wide Orbit preferred
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms
• Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned by the Program Director
• Commercial production skills are a plus
• Willingness to voice-track for other markets as needed
• Active participation in station programming and promotional events
• Must serve as a positive and approachable brand ambassador when engaging with listeners and clients

Description: Beasley Media Group LLC, SWFL digital sales team is growing again! We are looking for a motivated, out of the box digital strategist and sales maven with 2+ years of successful digital sales experience to join our team.
This job requires the ability to develop new business, grow existing digital revenue while developing and retaining strong client relationships. BMG-SWFL’s solution-based approach and robust menu of best-in-class digital products require the Digital Sales Executive to possess a deep understanding of the marketing funnel, consumer journey and the impact of digital tactics on both. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in display advertising, email marketing, social and content marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Must be analytical, organized, solution-minded, and customer centric.
Qualifications/Expectations:
Hunt: Develop new business
Perform probing CNAs to uncover client’s goals and strategic objectives
Create custom programs in conjunction with our support team to achieve client’s objectives
Present, close and renew results oriented, long term solution.
Work with clients and our support teams to continually optimize campaigns to maximize client results.
Share post-campaign, performance reports that effectively analyze how the customer goals were met or exceeded with the goal of increasing retention and upsell opportunities.

established and successful team. The main functions of this role, develop and sell
integrated (traditional and digital) advertising, and marketing campaigns to new and
existing local and regional clients. Responsibilities include soliciting new business
through prospecting and smart cold calling, managing, and growing existing assigned
accounts and budgets. We are specifically looking for customer-focused sales
professionals who can identify client advertising needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Then the ideal candidate will initiate, develop, and present customized solutions to meet
the clients’ needs. cultivate and maintain relationships with clients by providing top
quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation
platforms - Delivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to
negotiate and close deals - Manage and develop a strong pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue
targets - Work with internal digital execution teams to layout client’s needs and develop
