Title: Multimedia Producer

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Beasley Media Group, LLC – is seeking a dynamic self-starter, who is motivated and passionate about
Graphic Design, Illustration, Web Design, Video and Original Content for our Fort Myers market.
The ideal candidate will collaborate, design and execute projects, including the creation of radio station
branded videos, sales initiatives, brand development, logo design, print/web event-marketing materials,
social media campaigns, web ads/graphics, and design/create/update our owned and operated websites
using WordPress. The ability to use Adobe film editing software is a must.
In this position, you will be part of our growing in-house Media Team, collaborating on a wide variety of
internal and external video productions both for the radio stations as well as our clients. This role will
report directly to the Digital Program Director.

Responsibilities:
• Create/edit original company content for internal/external purposes that can be broadcast/viewed on
multiple digital platforms
• Create/edit entertainment, informational, customer and sales videos
• Post production processes such as:
o Media output/rendering types
o Color grading techniques and applications
o Audio restoration/enhancement techniques
• Create original motion graphics, logos and animations
• Writing scripts and handling production logistics
• Equipment setup such as cameras, lights, and mics for video productions
• Field producing and conducting on/off-camera interviews
• Growing and maintaining our video library
• Advancing personal skillset as a videographer/photographer/designer

Qualifications:
• BFA/BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of experience as video specialist of similar role
• Expert in video editing software Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition (or similar)
• Demonstrated proficiency of design related programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint
• Experience with green screen, and ability to work with audio editors for enhanced sound requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
• Ability to make quick revisions and communicate effectively
• Capable of implementing new technology and best practices within the video industry
• Creative thinker
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge and good understanding of motion graphics
• Sizzle reel or portfolio required

This position will be based out of Fort Myers, Florida.

TITLE: Part-Time Promotions Team Member (Street Team)

Location: Estero, FL
Job Description: Beasley Media Group Fort Myers (Cluster) is looking for energetic Street Team members..

Job Duties & Responsibilities:• On-site station promotions and event marketing – execute/manage station appearances at sales and station remotes and events, engage with station listeners while promoting the station and client brands, executing contests on-site, managing/distributing station prizes, client product sampling, etc.

• Responsible for the overall look and feel of the event with the station’s brand in mind–including banner and signage placement and location set-up

• Driving station promotional vehicles and transporting equipment

• Setting up, running, breaking down sound systems, staging and audio/photography/video equipment

• Assist with administrative functions of radio station promotions, including but not limited to: returning listeners phone calls, updating station websites, assisting Promotions Managers and Coordinators.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Florida Driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to work up to 29 hours a week and have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Successful applicants are professional, outgoing, comfortable interacting with listeners and large groups of people, organized, dependable self-starters who are able to set up station equipment (some lifting up to 50 pounds). Radio promotions experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Skills Required:

Basic Computer skills enabling you to readily produce documents; use scheduling calendars, e-mail and update web sites. Photography/Video, Graphic Design/Photoshop skills are preferred, but not required.

High-School Diploma or Equivalent.
