Big Changes Coming to Naples’ Waterside Shops

At Naples' Waterside Shops, crews are tearing down the old Nordstrom to make way for an exciting new RH showroom and restaurant. A new 361-seat seafood restaurant, Eddie V's Prime Seafood, will soon fill 765 Seagate Drive, where Bank of America's Private Bank office used to be.

Moving away from usual mall design, the retail spaces with be in separate vertical spaces. This smart layout creates shopping areas you can see from different levels.

RH's eye-catching new design includes six galleries, large outdoor spaces, and a stylish wine bar tucked inside a glass-enclosed courtyard. The new RH store will display furniture for both inside and outside living, with peaceful courtyards where shoppers can take a break. The plans show a large 2,033-square-foot patio with a pergola on the second floor's northwest corner.

Christian Dior will merge the old Williams-Sonoma spot with three nearby storefronts, building a 5,888-square-foot luxury flagship store. This continues the mall's push toward high-end fashion.

Williams-Sonoma closed in January 2025 in preparation to move to its new location. Both Williams-Sonoma and  Pottery Barn are planning to open their doors in late 2025 or early 2026.

Panerai watches and 120% Lino have moved to new spots nearby. These changes slightly shrink the mall's total shopping space while giving it a modern update.
