According to Access, a rep for the singer confirmed the two are expecting another child. The rep added Luisana is almost three months pregnant.
The family made national headlines when their oldest son, Noah, was diagnosed with cancer over a year ago.
Throughout his battle with the disease, his family and medical team remained optimistic about his future.
A social media post made by Bublé last year indicated that Noah was recovering after treatment.
